Summer Reflections Episode 049 Tracy Verdugo
THIS IS A REPEAT EPISODE and is part of our Summer Reflections Series
Episode 028 with Tracy Verdugo originally aired earlier this season.
Tracy Verdugo is a successful artist, and divine creative teacher to thousands. She hails from Jervis Bay Australia.
Tracy describes herself as a curious creative soul, beauty finder and inspiration instigator. You might know Tracy through her successful online course, and book of the same name—Paint Mojo.
Her students from all over the world share stories of finding their own creative bliss through her work—indeed best-selling author, Elizabeth Gilbert, can be seen joyfully clutching her own copy of Tracy’s book, Paint Mojo, on Tracy’s website. Tracy is a prolific paint, a singer-songwriter, and lover of the written word. She teaches her creative workshops live throughout Australia, Bali, the United States, Canada and Mexico. She is fiercely committed to expressing and honouring her own creative voice—and gently guiding others to find theirs.
Tracy shares both her creative journey to honour her boundaries and find balance, while being an empath. She also shares some of her life-altering trip to Cambodia. (pictured below)
UPDATE:
Tracy is refreshingly honest about how creating boundaries is an on-going process in her life and work. In fact, we can attest to the fact she is also practising what she preaches. During our original conversation, Tracy suggested we tape a follow up episode with her during her North American tour to check in on her self care. We set a date. Tracy contacted us a few days before the proposed taping to let us know she was going to honour the flow of her journey and spend that time on self care. There is some perfect self care modelling. Thank you Tracy!
