Uma Girish is a Grief Guide and author of, Losing Amma, Finding Home: A Memoir About Love, Loss and Life’s Detours, published by Hay House. Her transformational memoir partly set in India and Chicago. It tells the story of Uma’s spiritual shift and her calling, following the death of her mother. Uma is also the host of her own podcast, The Grammar of Grief. She has guided hundreds of clients through their own grief journeys.
On this episode Uma Girish shares her wisdom with Christine and Emma on a deeply moving subject grief and pain, and how to dialogue with these emotions.
